Service Pathways
Recovery‑Focused Housing Support
For clients needing a structured, substance‑free living environment. Supports individuals transitioning from treatment or unstable housing who need a safe, recovery‑oriented home.

Re-Entry Housing and Stabilization
For clients exiting jail or forensic programs.
Includes housing placement, stabilization, community
reintegration, and coordination with Probation and behavioral health partners.

Housing Navigation & Placement
For clients who need help finding stable housing. We assist with applications, documentation, housing search, landlord communication, and overcoming barriers such as credit, background, or income challenges.

Recuperative Care
For clients discharged from hospitals who are medically stable but cannot safely recover in shelters or outdoors. We provide a short-term, supportive environment where clients can rest, stabilize, receive care, and transition to longer-term housing.
